Forums back to full speed

With the help of forum members, the new look Visual Flight forums are now back to full speed

Following the introduction of the new look Visual Flight forums, there were a few performance problems. Thanks to the feedback and help from several forum members, these have now all been eliminated, and the forums are performing as they were prior to the introduction of the new look.

At the same time, several concerns about security warnings were identified and removed, and the new look forums now contain nothing other than what is essentially the original forum code plus the static HTML of the new look wrapper code.
