What is the recommended system configuration? I would like to know a little more about frame rates.

We've improved the frame rates in version 1.2 by an amazing 50%. In addition to that, the scenery is configurable by way of the Scenery Complexity slider all the way from Extremely Dense to Very Sparse which means that everyone should be able to get a level of complexity to suit their system. It's important to note that even on the lowest setting, Visual Flight London still includes far more features than any other scenery past or present for London.

In terms of system specification, unless you have an extremely low spec machine, frame rates with Flight Simulator are affected far more by your choice of settings than the hardware they are running on, and with a sensible choice of settings you should be able to get better frame rates with a modest system than someone using more ambitious settings on a top-end PC. How do I find the firework display?

The Fireworks are at about 19:00 GMT on Nov 5th, but the display starts a couple of mins earlier than that - a few warning shots go up here and there..... then at 19:00, you'd better be clear of the Thames area...
