Scotflight 2.0 to 2.1 Converter

This installer converts an installed version of Scotflight Scenery 2.0 to version 2.1:

• sfsc21aconverter.zip [5.2MB]

Note: The setup wizard will only install if it finds an existing version of Scotflight Scenery 2.0 on hard disk.

IMPORTANT!If you are using FS2002, you must ensure that your converter download file is dated 21 Mar 2005 or later. If in doubt, download again.

FS2004 Update: Rosyth Patch

IMPORTANT! Only required for versions prior to 1.3

This patch addresses a few problems with autogen and landclass at Rosyth for users who have installed the FS2004 Update. There are two versions of the patch depending on where your scenery is installed - both contain the same files, but with a different landclass folder name.

If your scenery is installed in FSFolder>\Scotflight\Scotland, please use this patch:

If your scenery is installed in C:\Program Files\VisualFlight\Scotflight or similar, please use this patch:

• RosythPatch2.zip [54KB]

Instructions

1. Extract the contents of the file, preserving folder information, directly to your Scotflight Scenery top-level folder. This is usually C:\Program Files\VisualFlight\Scotflight or <FSFolder>\Scotflight\Scotland. If prompted to overwrite, choose yes.
2. Restart Microsoft Flight Simulator.

FS2004 Update: Removing duplicate Forth Road & Rail Bridges

IMPORTANT! Only required for versions prior to 1.3

If you have updated FS2004 using the FS2004 Update, the following file will remove the duplicate bridges in the Firth of Forth:

• 0_ForthBridges2004EXC.BGL (0.1KB)

Instructions

1. Save the download file directly to your Scotflight Scenery scenery folder. This is usually C:\Program Files\VisualFlight\Scotflight\scenery or <FSFolder>\Scotflight\Scotland\scenery.
2. Restart Microsoft Flight Simulator.

FS2004 Bridges Patch

IMPORTANT! Only required for versions prior to 1.3

For all users of FS2004, please extract the BGL files from the download ZIP file use the undernoted link to download a batch of files which will remove the default bridges at sites where Scotflight provides alternatives.

Instructions

1. Unzip the file directly to your FS2004\Scotflight\Scotland\Scenery folder.
2. Restart FS2004.

Notes

Default bridges are removed at the following locations:

• Ballachulish
• Dornoch
• Cromarty
• Inverness
• Skye
• Connel
• Tay Bridges
• Forth Bridge
• Erskine Bridge
• Kincardine Bridge

A bridge is also removed at Colintraive in Argyll but not replaced as this crossing is made by ferry. The Islay/Jura bridge will be coved by a future  update.

Version 1.1b Patch

IMPORTANT! Only required for versions prior to 1.1c

Fixes various problems reported with version 1.1b. You need this patch if you currently have Scotflight Scenery 1.1b.

Free upgrade to Scotflight Scenery version 1.1 for existing users
