New patches and enhancements for VFR Terrain

New patches and enhancements for VFR Terrain are now available for download

Visual Flight are pleased to announce the availability of various patches and enhancements for VFR Terrain. Downloads now available from the Visual Flight web site include:

• London Docklands Real Water enhancement: Adds real water textures to various dockland locations such as Canary Wharf, the Isle of Dogs and Surrey Docks. Also improves the accuracy of the real water textures in the vicinity of London City Airport;
• Heathrow & Kent Coast Real Water patch: Removes flooding at London Heathrow and along the South Kent coast;
• Margate patch: Re-instates the missing land at Margate;
• Sker Point patch: Re-instates the missing land on the coast just south of Sker Point in South Wales;
• Holyhead patch: Re-instates missing terrain mesh near Holyhead;

Also available via the VFR Terrain updates page are freeware replacement coastlines by Nigel Glossop and various exclude files including a general purpose set of FS2004 Update bridge excludes for anyone (not just VFR Terrain users) wanting to remove unwanted double bridges after applying the FS2004 (FS9.1) Update.
